Very enjoyable holiday, relaxing, superb accommodation with use of the outdoor pool and the donkey and pony kept the children and adults alike very entertained. Also the owners were very accommodating and helped out whenever they could. Would recommend and will probably go back.

Peaceful surroundings in the countryside, but not too far from beach (Southwold) and other attractions. Large cottage with plenty of space for 10 people and 2 dogs (ideal for families) Large garden area for children and dogs to play. Ideal location for dog walking.

Cottage was ideal for elderly less able members of our party as there was easy access and there was an en suite bedroom was on the ground floor. Having 2 sitting rooms with comfortable seating and log burning fires in each was very nice.

The house is in its own grounds with an outdoor swimming pool - it is like living in the park for a week. Very large accommodation with 2 lounges and within 30 minutes of all main attractions on the Norfolk Broads i.e Yarmouth, Oulton Broad, Beccles and Reedham - we went to a different place every day. On the property are a Donkey and a Shetland pony, plus chickens. Children would love this property and the owners were very good with my dogs as they have a dog of their own which wanders in and out as it was brought up on the property. Fresh eggs every day and fresh veg if required - we will be booking this property again and we give this holiday ten out of ten!

Rats Hole was fantastic! The owner was wonderful, helping us out well beyond the point of duty. There was a delicious chocolate cake waiting and when our Tesco order didn't arrive she came to our rescue with breakfast things. The house was lovely, well equipped and looked after, with the most gorgeous garden. I couldn't recommend this house highly enough. We had a great week and feel that the owner is a truly marvellous person!
